Today, while still living here and counting down the days, I am amazed by the growing smell of urine in the hallways. This is actually like living in a crack house. I am determined to get this entire management team fired regardless of whether I live here or not and you can support me by commenting on this blog and writing articles on apartments that you dislike.

After my car got keyed last year and I had my first run in with this new leasing office team I have never felt such hatred for anyone in my life. Having lived here for so long and watched the demise of this one great, and fun building can only be compared to watching a friend get ill. If you could stop the illness you would, hence this site. Mizner Park is owned by ING who if you should happen to read this, I will be happy to take this site down if this situation is remedied here.

Another Mizner Park Apartment Review

I was excited to move here to Mizner Park. The park itself is beautiful, or so i thought, plus I had all of these great restaurants and bars downstairs to keep me occupied. So what could be bad?

1. Dumpster trucks coming outside at all hours of the day and night. In every building you hear them. Even the Palm Tower.
2. The smell of rotten garbage 24/7
3. The loud noise of the garbage trucks and a million bottles smashing and clashing at 7AM
4. The leasing office. SCAMMERS. Seem very nice and accommodating at first, until you try to change anything involving your apartment or make a suggestion or complaint. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt actually insulted. They are in there to make money and they could give a —- less if you are happy or not.
5. I have friends in the penthouses, I’ve been on their deck, and it still smells like absolute rat’s —. Unless your paying for the Ocean view penthouses, which there are only two of them, I wouldn’t recommend anything else.
6.The parking- It’s nice to have a gated garage, but not when water is leaking NOT FROM RAIN on your car that you just had freshly detailed, and you are told by the skeemy leasing office women that there aren’t any more parking spots when you were just looking at 15 empty ones.
7. Apartments look nice, but carpets in bedroom or in regular living room wear out very quickly. VERY cheap. Shower and bath NOTHING compared to “luxury”.

8. THE PRICE- you can be getting WAY more than what they ask you to pay here at mizner park for a “luxury apartment”. Few people actually love living here. They have signs outisde on the street that say “Mizner Park Luxury Apartments”.

**THE FACT IS THIS. MIZNER PARK APARTMENTS CONDUCTS FALSE ADVERTISING CALLING THEMSELVES “LUXURY”.**

Yes, the halllways and the pool on top of the roof facing the ocean is all very nice, but other than that I have known more than 9 people move in and out in less than a year, not including myself, and I have seen about 20 People move in and out in the past year, and multiple apartments being re-carpetted, and just plain repainted for the next to come in and out.

There is no reason to move here at all! Don’t do it because you think it might be better then the reviews, I challenge anyone to write a good review, there has never been one good review about this dump. All the restaurants are closed including Gigi’s and Pranzo’s and this place which used to be busy on the weekends is now seemingly only haunted by ghosts and a couple of people that didn’t know the place was closed and stay for a drink and leave right away.

Here are my main concerns: it smells because they don’t stay up on maintenance, and there is always a new infestation of some type of insect, many of which that bite while you are sleeping (and they don’t help with the exorbitant rents either). Seriously! The apartment including appliances will start breaking and coming apart and it will never be fixed as the whole building is in a serious state of disrepair. The pool is shut down for the forseeable future! The only way to enjoy this suppossed luxury building is to design a time machine and then use it to go back in time to convince the old management not to sell out! You will only be happy once you have moved or should you pass on in your sleep. Ok the last one was a little bit exaggerated. But I am 100% sure that the new management team might as well be run by monkeys on xanax because they are only happy after they’ve ripped your face off. Don’t forget the parking which is so far away that you will frown everytime you get home and on Friday and Saturday morning you will have to keep your fingers crossed that no one keyed your car because these are the nights where the bars are really crowded with kids. The staff from the leasing office knows more about waterboarding than hot water which will never be available. The only good thing is they have a nice doorman and the fact that Mizner Park is unfortunately the best part of Boca. But Delray is a much better value and they offer more activities both for the refined and the partying types.
